As a bare minimum of standard functionality, I think any piece of software should uninstall cleanly, and certainly without leaving any system-wide traces. This is my production workstation I need it to function, and I only installed this software because I had to. enter CTRL-ALT-DEL to gain access to the task manager and other essential tools. ![]() ![]() But I was willing to tolerate that quirk for as long as I needed the program). Now that I'm done, I would like to uninstall it and restore my computer to its normal state (which, as I understand it, is supposed to be restored so long as you exit the program cleanly - not so.
